Ms Heslin recently spoke at the RDS Stem Learning event. She was joined at the event by some fifth class students who demonstrated some of the science activities they, and many students like them, engage in on a regular basis in our school. Our image shows Ryan Lawlor, Caoimhe Kelly, Aaron Scully and Elisha McAuley using 'The magic bucket'. It amazed and fascinated the assembled crowd. They were featured in a recent Irish Times article, from which our image has been taken. You can access the article by clicking on the link below.

A display of projects is to be found in the atrium. The diversity committee has created a quiz based on countries and religions which the boys and girls will be able to complete. There are two concerts planned to showcase the talents of our students. A fun filled and informative week is guaranteed for all.
Congratulations to Adrian Trinchinet who was successful at the recent Mathletes Leinster Final. He has represented his school and his community and we are all very proud of his achievements. Well done to all involved.
The new playground is taking shape and we hope that it will be completed in the coming weeks. Exciting times for everyone.
The Student Council delivered an incredible box of board games and activities to every classroom in the school yesterday. Following an extensive fundraising campaign and months of listing, labelling, ordering and sorting, the council members put together a large box of games which will be used by the boys and girls on wet days when they cannot go to the playground. Thank you to the council members for their hard work. The Parent's committee kindly supported this endeavour.
Thank you to everyone who participated in the recent international coffee morning in the Atrium. Our Yellow flag activities continue and we hope to be awarded our flag very soon. We were delighted to welcome lots of parents and family members who enjoyed tea, coffee and some international treats. Thank you to the diversity committee for their hard work coordinating the event.
