Application for admission into a mainstream class in Sacred Heart of Jesus N.S. must be made on the school’s Mainstream Admission Application Form or via the Mainstream Digital Admission Application Portal (hosted by Aladdin Schools). The school’s Mainstream Admission Application Form is published below on this page of our school’s website and is available in hardcopy from the school office.

Application for admission into a Coiscéim ASD class in Sacred Heart of Jesus N.S. must be made via the Dublin 15 Primary Autism Class Application Trial (ACAT). Completed application forms and relevant paperwork must be sent directly to the NCSE within the timeframe specified on our Autism Classes Annual Admissions Notice. The Primary Autism Class Application Trial Admission Application portal address is available at form.asana.com/?k=702krylWz0Oz9IqUjQ9yHw&d=1203994887054449.
Completion of an admission application form does not guarantee or constitute an offer of a place in the school.
The pupil, who is the subject of an application, must have reached the age of 4 years by September 1st of the school year of their proposed enrolment.

- A copy of your child's Birth Certificate.
- Proof of address in the form of two original utility bills dated within two months of the enrolment application date.
- A copy of any relevant reports (e.g. Medical, Speech and Language, Assessment of Need etc.).
